when you ask question here it is we need to go to bottom of the next page to complete question by clicking my question is different

Hi Siva, this option is added to avoid duplicate questions and user can refer old questions and answers if their question exists already.. :)

Now this option is removed, as we are brand new site and number of questions is minimum. Lets add that option later!
